Storms & Hope

Around this time last year....we had just braved a cross country trip. After five days on the road, traveling with two trailers, a dog, 2 cats, and 3 month old baby...we had made it to Washington.
We made it trough hail storms in Del Rio, tornado's in Austin, and freak blizzards in Levenworth.
We arrived to Washington, exhausted mentally and physically. With no home to move into we ditched our old worthless realtor and found our Realtor angel, Lorraine. She toughed it out with us, looking at a hundred homes. After two months living in a condo we up-graded to our new home.
In a year we have made great friends with our neighbors. I have found a job at Birch Bay State Park and am loving it!!!
We have a beautiful home that we work on together. Wonderful new friends. Good jobs and a healthy child.
Life is good. Sometimes you have weather a few storms to find calmer seas.
So if life seems rough, stick it out. Believe that things can get better and they will. Keep your friends and family close and be thankful for what you have. Be prepared for the next storm and enjoy the calm.
