It’s ritual in our house to watch “Deadliest Catch”. Tonight one of our favorite boat captains announced that he was dying. He told the crew and his two sons tonight that he might not be able to fish again. He had a aneurism and his future is not clear.
You would think that being given your death sentence that you would be thinking of yourself. But this man was thinking how he was going to tell his children he was dying. He was worried if he had passed down enough knowledge to them. He was hoping that he had given his boys enough guidance and tough love to get them through life, perhaps in his absence.
Well, after that Mommy wouldn’t stop hugging me and crying. She told me how much she loved me, more than anything else in the world. She cuddled me and made me a promise. Mommy promised to love me, everyday, like it was her last.
Poor mommy, she just loves me so much;> I kind of like her too;>
After all that we took a nap together and had sweet dreams.
